Listings FAQ
Can I add my own Call to Action (CTA) in the copywriting?
No, personal Call to Action (CTA) messages are not allowed in the listing copywriting.
This is because the same copywriting is shared across all co-marketing agents’ websites. Adding a personal CTA—such as your name, phone number, or branding—may create conflict and is generally not acceptable to other agents.
To ensure fairness and consistency, PropMall automatically generates a personalized CTA for each agent, tailored to where the listing is being displayed.
Listings that include personal CTAs may be unpublished at PropMall’s discretion to maintain the integrity and professionalism of the platform.
Can I add my own watermark or personal branding to listing photos on PropMall?
No. PropMall does not allow any form of personal branding on listing images, including watermarks, phone numbers, or agent names.
We reserve the right to unpublish any listings that do not comply with this policy.
Can I publish New Project listings on PropMall?
Yes, this feature is available exclusively only to Premium users.
Once published, the listings will appear on your Personal Domain Name, allowing you to market the properties under your own brand identity.
What’s the difference between Booked & Sold ?
Booked means a buyer or tenant has made an offer, and the seller or landlord has accepted it. This stage is typically supported by an Offer to Purchase (OTP) form, but the sale or rental has not been legally finalized yet.
Sold indicates that the transaction is complete—specifically, the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) has been signed and stamped, making the deal legally binding and concluded.
After publishing a listing, will it appear immediately on the website?
Yes. Once a listing is published, it will go live instantly on PropMall’s main website, your personal agent website (if applicable), and across all PropMall network sites.
If I repost a listing, will it appear at the top of the dashboard?
Yes, reposted listings will appear at the top of agent dashboard.
How can I keep my listings at the top?
You can perform a repost to move your listing to the top of the display list.
Do I need to repost listings one by one?
Yes, reposting must be done individually for each listing.
How many credits are required to add a new listing?
Currently, there is no credit charge for adding new listings. Should there be any changes in the future, they will be communicated through official announcements.

Login & Account Access FAQ
I verified my WhatsApp number but didn’t finish registering. How do I access my account now?
Once your WhatsApp number has been verified, it is already registered in our system.
To continue, click “Forgot Password” on the login page.
A verification code will be sent to your WhatsApp.
Enter the code, create a new password, and you’ll be able to complete your registration and access your account.
After registering, I was redirected to the homepage. How can I log back into my account?
To access your account, simply click the “Login” button located at the top right corner of the homepage. Log in using your mobile number (in the format 601XXXXXXXX) and the password you created during registration.

Agent's Website FAQ
I already have a website. Can I use my existing domain and link it to PropMall?
Yes, you can use your existing domain with PropMall. However, please note that your current website content will be overwritten by the PropMall system. If you’re comfortable with that, we can proceed with the setup.
Alternatively, if you wish to retain your existing content, we recommend registering a separate domain specifically for use with PropMall.
Does PropMall has preferred domain provider ?
Yes, we recommend purchasing your domain through GoDaddy.
Why GoDaddy?
When you use GoDaddy, our team can configure your custom domain more efficiently. In most cases, the setup becomes active faster compared to other domain providers, ensuring your website goes live with minimal delay.
How long should I purchase the domain name ?
The minimum registration period is 1 year, but we highly recommend going for at least 2 years.
Why? Because real estate is a marathon, not a 100-meter sprint. A longer commitment reflects your professionalism, ensures brand consistency, and avoids the risk of your domain expiring unexpectedly.
Does PropMall provides domain name ?
Yes — every PropMall subscription comes with a domain name included. You don't need to purchase one separately. If you already own a domain and prefer to use it instead, please contact PropMall Support to have it linked to your account.
What is Domain Name ?
A domain name is your website’s unique address on the internet — for example, PropMall.my/username or your own customdomain.com.
For PropMall users, your Agent Website uses a domain like PropMall.my/yourname, while Premium users can upgrade to a Custom Domain Website like www.yourbrand.com to strengthen personal branding and look more professional to clients.
